TenTrade operates in the forex industry, providing trading services alongside its proprietary trading program. For its traders, the dashboard is more than a place to check numbers. It is where they follow their performance, understand their progress and see how they are doing within the program.
But the existing experience wasn't providing enough clarity.
The information was there, but users could still be left with questions about their accounts, performance and compliance. In a prop firm environment, where rules and performance directly affect a trader's journey, that uncertainty can quickly become a problem.

TenTrade brought FadaWebs in to rebuild the experience.
The goal was not simply to give the dashboard a new interface. It was to create a system that could give traders and the TenTrade team a clearer, more transparent view of what was happening.

When traders can't clearly see where they stand
A trader should not have to guess whether they are meeting the rules of a program.
They need to know how their account is performing, where they are in their assessment, whether they are complying with the trading rules and what their current position looks like.
The existing dashboard wasn't giving users that level of clarity.
This created room for confusion and doubt. When a trader doesn't have a clear view of their performance or compliance, questions naturally follow. And when those questions concern rules, account status or trading outcomes, they can become much more significant.
TenTrade needed a system where the information could speak for itself.

We built transparency into the dashboard.
We rebuilt TenTrade's trader dashboard and CRM around visibility.
Traders could see their account and trading performance in a more structured experience, while their progress through the prop firm assessment became easier to follow.
But we went further than simply displaying performance.
The new system incorporated rules compliance tracking and monitoring, allowing trading activity to be assessed against the program's requirements in real time. Instead of leaving traders to determine whether they were within the rules, the system was designed to provide clearer visibility into their compliance as they traded.
The CRM gave the TenTrade team the ability to manage traders and accounts from the other side of the platform, creating a more connected operational system.
We also introduced a leaderboard, giving traders another way to engage with their performance by seeing how they ranked alongside other participants.
Together, these elements turned the dashboard into more than an account screen.
It became a clearer view of the trader's journey.

From uncertainty to visibility
The completed platform brought account information, performance, progress, compliance and competition into one connected experience.
A trader could see more clearly where they stood. TenTrade could monitor accounts and trading activity more effectively. And rules compliance could be tracked in real time rather than relying entirely on interpretation after the fact.
The result wasn't simply a better-looking dashboard.
It was a system designed to make the relationship between trading activity, program rules and trader progress more visible.
That distinction matters.
Because when the system can clearly show what is happening, there is less room for people to rely on assumptions.
The Handover
The build was ours. The next chapter belonged to TenTrade.
Once development was completed, we handed the application over to the TenTrade team at their request.
There was one important limitation during the transition. Moving TenTrade's existing users into the new system required access to their existing user database so their account information could be migrated. That access was not made available to our team, so we could not perform the migration ourselves.
Following the handover, implementation and migration were left with the TenTrade team. Because we were not involved in that stage, we won't make claims about how the system was subsequently deployed or used.
What we can stand behind is the work we delivered.
We were brought in to rebuild an experience where traders needed greater clarity. We built the new platform, incorporated real time compliance monitoring, strengthened the CRM experience and created a clearer way for traders to understand their performance and progress.
Then we handed it over.
Because a good system doesn't ask people to guess what is happening. It shows them.
